Facebook has included its new
feature called voice comment, It will
enable to send voice notes to your friends and that voice you can use as a
comment.You have seen major social apps like whatsapp and wechat are offering audio messaging as a option And facebook messenger apps
for android and ios has feature of sharing audio message to your friends,
But on web messaging features continues to be
restricted as compare to android, On web message are still limited to texts,
smileys However currently facebook launches audio message or audio comment on
facebook web. If you’re using Google chrome than you’ll be able to use talk and
comment extension to add audio commenting and voice messaging features to
facebook web.
to allow you to send send audio messages and post audio comments on
Facebook. The extension is fairly easy to set up and configures itself
automatically upon installation
Install the Talk and Comment extension on
Google chrome from the link Talk and Comment
Once installed, the extension will ask you permission to access your microphone. Click on Allow to grant it access to your microphone.
Now open facebook, you’ll be able to see
audio icon on comment and chat box, Click and hold the mic button and speak
anything to record an audio comment. once you release the button the audio
comment will be converted into a URL. Press enter and the URL will be
automatically converted into an audio comment. The same even goes for Audio
messages. There is no restriction to time of each one voice recording.
